Today was as calm and comfortable as it gets. The wind was light out of the north, it was cloudy enough to keep us in the shade half the time, and the ocean was calm.
We found a couple schools of dolphin today, not huge schools, but enough that we got close to twenty fish. I spent a good part of the day trolling waaaay offshore, only to troll back in after finding nothing. There was a couple of wahoos caught, but most of the guys tried to make their day off the bottom. The current was a little strong this morning, but by the afternoon it was falling out some. My new friend Coby (10) went out on his first trip today, and landed a couple of dolphin!
