We had good action today, and quite a variety.

Our first bite of the morning, and it was only moments after we started, was a sailfish. Unfortunately we weren’t successful in landing him…but it was early. Next we found a couple schools of bailer dolphin, and were able to limit out with no problem. After a short lull, we had another sailfish encounter. We got to wrestle with this one for a while, and enjoyed several great jumps, but he managed to escape as well. My guys enjoyed seeing both of the fish just the same. A little later we caught one wahoo out of a doubleheader bite, and finished up the afternoon by catching three yellowfin tunas in one whack. I’m sure these guys will rest well tonight, too bad their buddies backed out on them and they had to catch all the fish themselves. I wonder if they will share the meat?
