Well, I’ve fished on nicer days, but the poor weather didn’t slow down the fishing any.
It was your typical ”Hatteras southeaster”, building swell with a wind chop, and rainy. My group tuffed it out most of the day, and wound up with a real nice catch of blackfin tunas and dolphin. One boat ventured further to the east and did have a few yellowfin bites, while the boats to the south of us had a scattered wahoo, dolphin, and king mackerel bite. There were two sails caught today as well.
