More Dolphin In The Deep

We had a long run again this morning, to the blue water, and the light southwest wind that was forecasted turned out to be a stiff 20+ all day.

Fishing wasn’t as good as yesterday, but we still had some action. If the seas had been a little calmer, it would have made our job easier, and our success rate higher. Still, we wound up catching ten gaffer dolphin, and probably missed that many more. There was a decent sign of marlin today, five blues and a couple of whites caught in the last day of the Hatteras Civic Tournament. Thanks to Connie and the gang for hangin’ tough today! You guys were great.
