The ocean was plenty fishable today, but it was rough, and the bites were not as plentiful as we like.
Everything was all changed around from yesterday, and the tideline/color change we caught our dolphin on had blended out. Without dolphin, we were just hoping for a handful of quality bites to pull us through. We got started with a nice blackfin tuna as the ice breaker, and followed him up with one out of two wahoos. We did have a pair of sailfish get after us, we hooked one of them, but he got away. Thankfully, near the end of the day we found a school of dolphin and caught 14 of them. My group seemed to have a lot of fun even though it wasn’t one of our stellar days. Thanks guys!
