Nothing like having a bunch of kids out on a beautiful day!
As luck (or lack of) would have it, things to the south were pretty dead today. Most of the fleet went that direction because things were slow to the east yesterday. A couple of guys gambled and went back up there, and the blackfin tuna fishing was killer! I was pretty satisfied with how our day turned out, and I know the boys had fun. We caught a couple of king mackerel first thing, and then did some jigging. They all had a ball catching amberjacks and testing their forearms! We trolled to the northeast on a grass line, and even though fishing wasn’t "red hot", we managed to catch twelve or fourteen dolphin before it was time to quit. Thanks again guys for a great trip!
