Fishing was great today, and depending on your location, you may have scored big on either of the three!
I took a chance this morning and headed a little further south than I have been heading. I wasn’t really looking for dolphin but we found a school first thing and caught 15 or so to begin our morning. After that it was pure wahoo action. We beat the odds a little today on the hook up percentage, but after the smoke had cleared we had landed ten wahoos and one blackfin tuna. We never had a billfish encounter but further to the east was the best sailfish bite of the year. Two boats were in double digits! Anyway, I was happy to have the wahoo fishing and so was my group. Thanks Jim, and I’ll see you next time!
