All of the offshore reports are great. I wish I was there!
One private boat fished out of Hatteras yesterday, went 1 for 9 on the sails, and said that the wahoo fishing was great. I talked to another captain out of Ocracoke today, he fished the last two days and reported great dolphin and wahoo fishing, plus a blue marlin release yesterday. Boats to the east are limiting out on yellowfin and blackfin tuna. Me? Well, I went out in the sound and caught a bunch of clams…again. I’ll be fixing another pot of chowder tomorrow, but you gotta get here to eat it!
