4/18 Hatteras Offshore Fishing Report

Today was a very nice, cool day. Fishing was good as well.

I found a couple nice schools of dolphin this morning, mostly gaffers, and we did pretty good considering that there were only two in my group. After catching twenty or so, I pushed offshore to find something different. Out to 250 fathoms and back with one mystery bite, so I decided to look around for a wahoo. As far as I know there wasn’t a wahoo caught today between the three of us that were out, but we did have a couple yellowfin bites and managed to land one. Thanks for a great day Garry and Don! See you in the morning!
