The winds hadn’t let up from yesterday, and while less current is usually better, today’s lack of it meant that we wouldn’t get the relief that we usually get in a southwester.
Fishing was tough today. We had to work for every one, and none of them came easy. Our dolphin action was mostly single bites, and we never found a school that we could bail. We did wind up with a nice catch of fish though, and quite a few of them were gaffers, We also snagged a king mackerel, and missed a couple wahoo bites today. Thanks guys, I enjoyed having you on board today!
