Michelle told me at the end of the day that going offshore was on her "bucket list", so I’m glad she was able to scratch it off in proper fashion, with a sailfish release!
We had a bad run of luck this morning and pulled off or missed a bunch of quality bites. Fortunately one sailfish out of a double stayed on the line to get us started. It was a pretty long dry spell after that, but we started having a few bites again in the afternoon. By the end of the day we had landed three out of eight wahoo bites and three gaffer dolphin to go along with the sailfish release. Thanks for a beautiful day offshore guys!
