Josh, John and Stye fished with me again today, and boy did they ever pick two beautiful days to be offshore!
Our day began right where it ended yesterday, with a beautiful sailfish hook up, off the teaser. Josh angled him to the boat perfectly. We searched way out in the deep and back inside the hundred for some dolphin. Finally I found a couple of floats that held some fish and we wound up with about 40, including a couple nice gaffers. We caught a couple of blackfins over a wreck, so I made Justin drag out the jigging rods for a shot at some tunas on the jigs. We didn’t have any luck with the blackfins but the amberjacks were hungry so we caught a few of them to pass some time. We found out the blue marlin like to eat amberjack, as one tried to eat a fish on the way up! In the afternoon we had another sailfish encounter and missed a wahoo strike. Thanks for two great days guys, I can’t wait to do it again!
