The morning was pretty nice, but mid day we had a wind shift and the 20-25 knots of wind from the north made it quite choppy.
There were only two of us out today, and neither one of us had much action. I fished on two different grass edges, one out over 100 fathoms, and one back on the break. Both looked promising but neither yielded much fish. We wound up with a couple of blackfin tunas, one small gaffer dolphin and an oceanic bonito for the day. When it’s slow, we always look forward to things improving….and it always does. Thanks again Roger, and I look forward to seeing you guys again for some redemption!
