I’ve been pretty busy fishing the last couple weeks, but on my days off I have made good progress on Jon’s skiff.
It’s a process of filling, sanding, filling some more, sanding some more, priming, sanding, taping, top coating, un-taping, re-taping, and so on. This morning I think I taped and painted for the last time. I shot non-skid on the decks and gunwales and tomorrow I should un-tape for the last time. Next comes hardware. I’ll have pictures soon of the finished product.
