I’m enjoying this beautiful stretch of weather! Today was another nice one but the fishing offshore was scrappy.
We caught a gaffer dolphin and lost another one this morning, and to tell you the truth, I just wasn’t feeling it. I was still kinda pumped from the cobia action we had yesterday afternoon so we jogged back inshore to take a look. It worked out great. We had plenty of action, kept ten cobia and released a couple of small ones. Not only that but my guys had more fish than they knew what to do with so Justin and I get cobia for supper!
The report from the deep was that there was a pretty good showing of blue marlin out there, so that’s always exciting to hear about too. Thanks Dale, I hope to see you in September!
