7/27 Hatteras Offshore Fishing Report

It was a beautiful sunrise and another cool north-northeast breeze, but the fishing was kinda "hit or miss".

It was mostly "miss" for us, and up until the bottom of the 9th, we had only had two bites all day. We lost a dolphin first thing in the morning, and jumped off a sailfish middle of the day. Fortunately I found a school of nice bailers and we were able to catch a dozen real quick, right before quittin’ time! There were scattered wahoos around the fleet and a few blue marlin hooked, but we never had a bite out of either. Thanks guys!
