11/6 Hatteras Offshore Fishing Report

In my opinion, today was kinda miserable, weather wise. We dealt with a northeast swell, 20 knots of wind from the southeast and it rained all day.

Fishing was kinda scrappy but we did manage to put together a nice catch to the south. We landed our only wahoo bite, a 35 pounder. Luckily we ran a cross a couple schools of bailer dolphin and boated 30 of them. It was a challenge in the rough seas but we spent the last hour or so bottom fishing and the triggers were biting. We caught a nice pile of them before wrapping it up for the day. Thanks Steve!
