My buddy Keith wanted to catch something big and tasty off the bottom. Unfortunately the current was screaming, which made deep dropping a struggle.
We did catch a couple of rose fish and a couple of golden tiles, one of which was a 35 pounder. Late in the day I shallowed up to try for some triggers, but the current had us wrapped up in there too. The triggers were snappin’ though, and we got all we wanted.
