3/11 Hatteras Offshore Fishing Report

Things changed around a lot from yesterday. The current picked up and the blended water that we had our bluefin action had shoved up the beach quite a ways.

The day was beautiful and we saw lots of life, but no "big boys". We spent most of the day along a color change with whales, porpoises, sharks and lots of birds. We caught a few blackfins, including a couple of 20 pounders. We also caught one out of two mako sharks that were both too short to keep. Things will change back around in no time. I’m glad to see some action. Thanks Emmet!
