Today it paid off…big time!
The grass was out of control. We scrounged around in it for a couple of sessions, and for the amount of habitat, we were disappointed in how few dolphin bites we had. Still, we stuck with it for a good while and scrapped out a handful of gaffer dolphin for the table. The highlight of the day came on the left short rigger (of course). A 400 pound blue marlin with an explosive attack and equally exciting show. Ryan did a great job of angling the fish to the boat for the release. Thanks for a great day guys, see you Thursday!
