Taylor called me yesterday morning and said they wanted to take advantage of the "weather window", so we went blackfin jigging!
It was plenty good enough to fish but the 5 mph NE winds that were predicted were really closer to 20 all day. That, coupled with 4 1/2 knots of current and an overabundance of sharks made landing tunas a challenge. We sacrificed a lot of jigs and fish but still wound up with a nice catch of 10-20 pound blackfins. Thanks guys, can’t wait to see the video!
