The seas calmed down a bit for today. Overall, the meat fishing was a little slower than it has been but the marlin made a showing!
We’ve been so spoiled this spring that we find ourselves complaining about a handful of nice gaffer dolphin on a pretty day! Not a ton of bites but the ones we got were nice, plus a 30 pound snowy grouper off the bottom. The fleet that was fishing in the Hatteras Village Marlin Tournament released ten blues today, so it’s great to hear about that action heating up. Thanks Barney!
