After nearly 40 years of fishing in the gulf stream, I’ve “throttled back” and intend on finishing out my career closer to shore.

Whether your group consists of friends or grandchildren, we will make every effort to provide you with a fun trip and lasting memories!

The “Godspeed” was built in 1980, in Harkers Island, NC. In 2020, her original owner, Captain Ronnie O’Neal, made the decision to retire. I feel blessed to stand where he stood for 40 years.

She’s 34′ overall and powered with a 375 hp Caterpillar diesel. She is absolutely perfect for her job, fishing in the inlet and surrounding shoals.

My old buddy Jim, aka JAMES T, will be my mate this year. He and I fished together for several years back in the 90s, and it seems that our lives have intersected again! You’re gonna love his pleasant demeanor and enthusiasm. While I search for fish, he will answer questions and teach you about fishing!
